Through hands-on activities at various learning stations, participants practice CPR, understand heart attack symptoms and risk factors, simulate blood draws for cardiac enzyme tests, and learn basic EKG interpretation. This curriculum not only imparts essential life-saving skills but also serves as an engaging introduction to healthcare careers, making it ideal for schools, community groups, and public health education initiatives.

Intubation Curriculum

The REACH Intubation Curriculum is a one-hour workshop designed to introduce students to the basics of intubation, a critical procedure used in emergency medicine to secure a patient’s airway. The curriculum includes a demonstration of the intubation process, followed by hands-on practice at different stations where students learn to handle intubation equipment, properly position a patient, and perform the intubation technique on manikins. This interactive workshop aims to provide students with practical skills and a deeper understanding of airway management, making it an ideal learning experience for those interested in pursuing healthcare careers.
